Red Cross MARC in Pasadena

To support those affected by the 2025 Los Angeles Wildfires, the American Red Cross is partnering with Emergency Network Los Angeles (ENLA) and other local disaster assistance and nonprofit organizations to open a 6-day Multi-Agency Resource Center (MARC) in Pasadena, May 12 to May 17, 2025. The location of the MARC is the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints on Sierra Madre Villa Avenue (see flyer).

• Long-term recovery counseling

• Rebuild & restore guidance

• Mobile clinic (select days)

• TAP cards (public transportation)

FYI! When you arrive at the MARC for your appointment, you will need to go through registration. Two (2) documents (one from “A” and one from “B”) are required to enter the MARC and will be checked at Registration: 

(A) Acceptable Documents to confirm Identity (need 1 from this list):

• Driver’s License

• State ID

• Passport

• Other (if approved by supervisor)

(B) Acceptable Documents to confirm your connection to the disaster impacted address (need 1 from this list):

• Bills:

• Utility

• Power

• Phone

• Internet

• Natural Gas

• Tax Returns

• Financial Statements

• Bank or Credit Card statements

• Mortgage Statements

• Lease Agreements

• Landlord Letter

• Insurance Statement

• Vehicle Registration

• Pay Stub

• Property Deed

• School Records

• Contact from local social service agency

• Other (if approved by supervisor)

If you are representing a family member, friend, or someone other than yourself, you must bring a notarized letter or Power of Attorney showing proof that you have the authority to do so.
